Getting Started
Please note, we don't offer spa services, and a prescription is needed for our services. We accept NYSHIP insurance plans, allowing everyone who needs our services to access them. As a guide to get started, please follow these steps:
- Obtain a prescription for massage.
- Complete and sign the required forms. (see form links below)
- Schedule your massage appointment.
We recognize the importance of thorough initial assessments, which is why we have a separate appointment form for first-time patients. Note, first-time patient appointments are longer due to the added preparation and planning work required. This ensures we allocate the necessary time for a comprehensive understanding of your needs, setting the stage for a therapy experience that is both effective and deeply attuned to your personal healing process.

CEO & Founder - Tamu Ottley
A New York state licensed Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience helping patients enhance their well-being through medical massage therapy. She has worked alongside Chiropractors and Physical Therapists to maximize treatment results, and her approach is like no other in the industry.
Rather than targeting symptoms of discomfort, at Massagical Hands, the goal is to locate the root cause of the pain, moving stagnation, restoring balance, and hence reducing pain. Additionally, she has certification in the Vodder technique for manual drainage of lymph nodes.
